Coppe/UFRJ Business Incubator opens tender to select new companies

The COPPE/UFRJ Business Incubator opened tender to select startups with innovative technology-based projects. Registrations can be made until June 25, 2018 and complete information can be accessed here.  The proposals presented will have to meet the following criteria: the product or service must be innovative; show potential for interaction with research activities developed by UFRJ, by the research institutes located on the UFRJ campus and with other resident companies in the Incubator and in the UFRJ Science Park. Besides, they should show technical and economic feasibility and management capacity. The companies selected can stay incubated  for a three-year period, which can be renewed  for more two years, during which they will have access to physical and technological infrastructure (private rooms, auditorium, meeting rooms, internet and telephony), as well as to a package of services  to develop the company in the business area (consultancy, trainings and follow-up).
