The 27th Anprotec Conference, organized by the UFRJ Science Park, attracted 865 people from 24 different Brazilian states and from 9 different countries from October 23 to 26. The event offered several activities, among which minicourses, e-book releases, 5 plenary sessions, as well as a series of presentations of studies.
The event had its closing dinner at the Museum of Tomorrow and promoted technical visits to two important innovation environments in Rio de Janeiro: the UFRJ Science Park and the Gênesis Institute, from PUC-Rio. In the Park, more than 100 people visited the facilities of Ambev Research Center, LabOceano – COPPE Ocean Technology Laboratory – and the COPPE/UFRJ Business Incubator, which included a visit to the startups Biotecam and Lemobs.
