Aiming at fostering the interaction between the University and the companies, the SENAI CETIQT will soon transfer its Institute of Innovation in Biosynthetic Products to the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro Science Park. According to the CEO of SENAI, Rafael Lucchesi, being close to several technology companies as well as being integrated with one of the largest universities in the country were the main reasons for moving. “Being at the Science Park means to enhance the insertion of SENAI in an innovation environment aiming at supporting the Brazilian industry to increase its productivity and competitiveness”.
